Refund policy
At Beautico, we want you to love everything you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility for a refund
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Free of damage, fragrance contamination, or tampering
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-refundable items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be refunded:
- Opened skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products
- Applicators, brushes, and personal-care tools once unsealed
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
How to request a refund
Email info@beautico.io with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions.
When you'll see your refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
