Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident with every Beautico purchase. If your order isn't quite right, here's how to return or exchange it.
Return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
Prefer a different shade, size, or product? We'll happily exchange it for something else of equal value, or issue store credit for the difference.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email info@beautico.io with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange.
- We'll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method (customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-10 business days.
Items that can't be returned or exchanged
- Opened or used skincare, haircare, and cosmetics (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received something you didn't order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
