You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible hair extensions and hair fibres purchased online. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Hair extensions that have been worn, installed, altered, or used, and hair fibres that have been opened or used, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please email info@beautico.io as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We ask that you report delivery issues within 48 hours where possible so we can investigate promptly and arrange an appropriate solution.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Hair fibres are designed to help create the appearance of fuller, thicker-looking hair by blending with your existing hair. They can be used to help conceal areas of thinning and add the appearance of density.

Choose a shade that closely matches your natural hair colour. If you're between shades or unsure which colour to select, contact us and we'll help you find the best match.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used hair fibres are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Unopened products may be eligible within our 14-day return window.

Online payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Beautico does not receive or store your full payment card details.
