Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition: Extensions must be in original, unused condition with ties intact and packaging unaltered.
Fees:
- For orders within Canada and the US, a $9.95 CAD return label fee and the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- International returns require return shipping at the customer’s expense.
Final Sale: Hair extensions marked as final sale in the product description are not eligible for return or refund.

For Hair Care Products and Tools

We aim to ensure you love every hair care product you purchase:
